Margaret Woolley

I came to photography about 4 years ago, quite late in life. Until I purchased my first lens, a 100mm macro, and a body to go on it about 2 months later, I had only taken holiday snaps as our boys were growing up.

Originally I intended to concentrate solely on macro photography but a visit to an RPS advisory day inspired me to try for the LRPS qualification, it seemed so simple at the time, I mean, how difficult can it be to put together 10 photographs! I’m still working on it.

During the last 4 years I have taken many photographs some of them quite good, I think, but I am lacking in post processing skills so I will be trying to improve them in the future.

I have only just joined Aberystwyth Camera Club and I hope with the help and enthusiasm of the current members to improve my photography.
